Digero Slide Roller Installation

See how the roller is mounted to the top edge of the Digero Slide frame. The decorative cap is removed to show detail.

Important: Note that the C-shaped slotted washer is installed incorrectly in this image. The open jaw should be facing away from you.

Before you install the door hangers, install the U-shaped floor-mount door guide in the cavity. The floor guide should be mounted flush with the jamb. You can use just one screw (closer to jamb), it makes the installation process easier.

• First, place both rollers into the pocket door track (the track is not shown here).
• Next, attach the hanger bolt to the roller. Check the position of hex nut — Install correctly! Only a few turns are needed at this stage.
• Take your assembled Dorsis Digero Slide panel and position it parallel with the pocket door so that you can attach the hangers.
• Starting with the rear hanger, slide the hanger bolt into the milled cavity of Dorsis Slide.
• Install the C-shaped slotted washer. The open side of the slotted washer must face away from you. Do not tighten the hex nut at this stage.
• Repeat the installations steps for the front hanger.

Adjust the height of both rollers. Use an Allen key to turn the hanger bolts (rotate clockwise).

Ensure that Digero Slide is level and can glide easily without rubbing.

Tighten the hex nut on both rollers (rotate clockwise). Do not overtighten - this may deform the frame. Use about 5 Nm.

Next, you will install the plastic cap.

Attach the plastic cap. Ensure it sits snug.
